In order to join, you must meet the above criteria, fill out an application form and obtain two signatures of sponsors who are existing members of the organization. Once you have your sponsor signatures, you can either mail the application and cheque (in $US) to the address on the bottom of the form or you can fill out the credit card information and fax it to the number on the application form.
The HTCIA Ottawa Chapter has a meet and greet meeting each year where members of the public may participate. Please contact a member of the Ottawa chapter for details, but be sure to read the qualifying requirements from the International Registration page.
